God and the boons

At last, God appeared and asked him - "What boon do you want from me?"

He took a few moments to believe that it was God and then asked

"Oh God! The only boon I want from you is: stop giving boons to people. They are either becoming lazy or they are misusing your boons"

God replied "Fair. Let me stop giving giving boon right now; even for you"

And the God disappeared. Boons continued!

Plastic Surgery

"How much I may incur to get a plastic surgery done to my face so that no one can identify me?" - he just walked in to the reception in a hospital and asked.

"Sir, it varies. But I can roughly quote five lakh rupees" - lady at the reception answered.

He just calculated something in his mind and said

"Well madam, I will return shortly; after getting seventy more thousand rupees of loan from people I know. Then it will be worth getting the surgery done."

Busy?

"Are you busy" - she asked despite seeing him engaged in some serious work.

" " - He didn't reply; nor even made any gestures.

"Why are you silent? Are you really so busy? Answer me!" - she asked again after a minute with some added frustration.

He closed the work he was doing and spoke out:

"Well, now I am not. but when you asked me if I were busy for the first time, yes, I was. At first, if I had answered 'Yes', it would been incorrect. Because if someone has time to reply, that's not being busy! If I had answered 'No', it would be a lie! Because I was really busy. Hence, silence was the correct and true answer"

She paused for a moment and said:

"Well, even now you are incorrect and telling lie! You were not busy even the first time I asked my question. You had time to listen to my question and register it for answering later.
